Ever Thought About Your Dryer Vent ?
There are 16,800 dryer vent fires a year.  Most people don’t know their dryer  vents need to be cleaned.  They clean out their lint filter and think that’s it.  But the  dryer vent duct is where lint can really build up and get clogged.  And lint is highly  flammable, accounting for most dryer vent fires.

Lint buildup takes more energy (and money) to dry your clothes.
If your dryer isn’t drying your clothes like it used to, you may not need a new  dryer!  A dryer vent clogged with lint reduces airflow so your dryer doesn’t dry as  efficiently as it used to.  An inefficient dryer also uses more energy, thereby  costing you more money.

We clean your dryer vent by running a “spinning” brush through your system.  The brush scrapes off the lint that is stuck to the sides of the vent and it is blown out or sucked into a special designed vacuum.

Our brush is connected to special flexible rods that can bend around elbows, travel through long lengths of pipe, and in most cases clean the entire length of the vent.

Your dryer vent is cleaned, maximum airflow is restored increasing efficiency, and your system is safe from lint fires.

In addition to lint buildup, improper installation of your dryer vent system can also pose a serious danger to you.  We are dryer vent cleaning professionals and will find potential hazards such as the presence of flammable vinyl duct or a duct run that is improperly routed.  In most cases we can install a proper vent that meets current fire safety code standards.

We have passed the detailed examination required by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) to become a Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician.*

* To keep the certification status current the (CSIA) requires that the test be retaken every three years.  We have elected not to do so at this time.
